First Blog :)

So to begin with, I LOVE CELL BIO :) I find it so fascinating and beautiful just how complex cells are and that all of the microsocopic, intricate reactions that occur at the cellular level cummulatively sustain life as we know it. Okay so back to the learning service project. Today I recieved a reply from Carol Gooden, the volunteer coordinator for the Harris County Hospital District and she forwarded me a volunteer application that I just filled out and faxed back. They required that I volunteer three hours a week for 3 months which works for me. Hopefully I will hear back soon so I can get started volunteering.
